Glenn I. Weiner, D.O.

Dr. Weiner recieved his undergraduate medical education at the Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He did his medical internship at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital, followed by his residencies in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at the Hines V.A. Medical Center and Loyola University Medical Center. He began his practice of Rheumatology in 1979, where he established Northwest Rheumatology Specialists, S.C. in Elk Grove Village, IL. Dr. Weiner is a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology, and he earned the Certificate of Excellence Award for Physicians by US News and World Report. Dr. Weiner is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine for Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He mentors students here in the office setting. Dr. Weiner has published works on Gout, Vasculitis and Giant Cell Arteritis. In 2001 and 2004 Dr. Weiner was chosen as Top Doctor as Chosen by Their Peers in Chicago Magazine. Dr. Weiner is married, and the father of three grown children. He is an avid tennis player.

Bruce A. Johnson, M.D.

Dr. Johnson attended the University of IL in Champaign. In medical school at the U of I in Chicago, he was awarded a Research Fellowship to study pain in the Department of Pharmacology. He graduated with honors in Internal Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of IL. At Northwestern University, where Dr. Johnson did his Fellowship, he won the Excellence in Research Award from the University of Rheumatology Council. Dr. Johnson joined our practice in 1999. He is a member of the American Board of Rheumatology. Dr. Johnson was awarded the “Certificate of Excellence” award for physicians by U.S. News and World Report journal. He is the married father of three and enjoys basketball, golf and tennis.

Dina P. Dadabhoy, M.D.

Dr. Dadabhoy graduated with honors from Northwestern University with a double major in philosophy and biology, and continued her training at the University of IL’s College of Medicine. She went on to Internship, Residency, Fellowship and Postdoctoral Training at the University of Michigan Health System where she had interests in pain research and medical education. She has published multiple articles on rheumatology topics. She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology. Dr. Dadabhoy joined Northwest Rheumatology Specialists, S.C. in 2007. She is married with two children.

Jadwiga (Heather) Czajkowska, D.O.

Dr. Czajkowska came to our practice from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida, where she completed her fellowship program in rheumatology. Originally from Illinois, she attended Loyola University for her undergraduate studies majoring in chemistry with emphasis in biochemistry, and medical school Midwestern University for her D.O. degree. She completed her internal medicine residency program at Rosalind Franklin University, followed by residency at Rosalind Franklin University, North Chicago, IL. She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, and has published various journal articles. She is an active member of the education committee at Illinois Osteopathic Medical Society, and also is a regional conference speaker covering various rheumatology topics. Besides English, she is fluent in both Polish and Spanish. Her hobbies include drawing, swimming and playing sports. In the past she competed in Ballroom Dancing.

Josna Haritha, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Haritha graduated with an undergraduate degree in biology with honors from The University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she continued her medical school training. She completed her Internship and Residency in internal medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA where she met her husband. She completed her Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of Chicago. Dr. Haritha joined Northwest Rheumatology Specialists, S.C. in 2019. She is married with one son. She enjoys South Indian classical dance.
